Improved foot pain
1 people found this helpful
I experienced pain in my ankles and feet in the morning. After a doctor's suggestion, I discovered I had a magnesium deficiency. I took tests, and my magnesium levels were low while calcium was borderline. I bought these vitamins to take before bed, and within a week, I felt much better. There have been no side effects from the magnesium, including loose stools.
